1. Positions – Al King – High School Assigner

                         John Townsend – Junior High Assigner and BNS assigner

2. Cancellation of Game procedure required – rough play
3. Mandatory education clinic was attended by all Valley East officials.
4. Procedure for advancing officials to high school games.
5. It is important to have the right mix and number of officials. Our quality and quantity of games are down.
6. John Townsend evaluated the high school provincials.
7. Nicole Phipps received her first evaluation towards her Level 2.
8. Duncan Milne and Laura Saunders were approved to work the small college panel.
9. Our area had no official disciplinary issues reported.
10. Valley East is looking forward to the NCP program implemented by CABO.
