Valley West Supervisor’s Report

The Valley West area clinics were completed early in the fall of 2009. We had one evening session with Roger for rules and mechanics.

Our area developed three new officials this year, who worked mostly in our mini games.  We say positive improvements in our second year officials this year; they continue to work hard.  Our area assigner, Robbie MacLeod, did a great job putting great teams on the floor each night; we appreciate his hard work and attention to detail in this area.

This year we were able to bring in an evaluator to help us out with some of our less experienced officials. I was very happy to see five of our officials participate in the Provincial Championships, one of which did a championship game.

Thank you to the hard work and cooperation of all the officials in our area, it was a great season.
